Isaac is a third year Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering PhD student in the Joanna McKittrick Lab. He is passionate about creating engineering solutions to address global health challenges; his research interests span widely from creating biomimetic materials to utilizing 3D printing technology to improve access to affordable prosthetics. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and teaching music at local middle schools and playing classical music in the UCSD Chamber Orchestra.
